Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout.

We are proud to offer worldwide shipping! Once your order has been processed, please refer to the table below for estimated delivery times based on your location:

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Stanlice is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs duties, we will not issue a refund for the original shipping cost.

Tracking Your Order

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
